The Apps allow users to:
- Create, import, export, and play content.
- Access certain premium features via subscription.
- Collaborate with other users in supported features.
Some features require a paid subscription, which automatically renews. Subscriptions are non-refundable.
2. User Obligations and Conduct
When using the Apps, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Apps.
- Use the Apps responsibly and not engage in any activity that could disrupt or damage the Apps or related services.
Users may use content for personal and commercial purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
- All content created in the Apps is owned by the user.
- The Apps and all underlying technology, design, and intellectual property are owned by ILLUSION Tech Limited.
4. Accounts and Termination
- Users create and manage accounts via id.story.app.
- You may modify or delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Apps.
6. Third-Party Services
- The Apps rely on third-party services, including App Store and other payment providers.
- By using these services through the Apps, you agree to comply with the applicable third-party terms and conditions.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
