Welcome to Story, a platform owned and operated by ILLUSION Tech Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. By accessing or using the Story application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the App, users must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
2.2 Account Responsibility

3. User-Generated Content
3.1 Ownership
As a user, you may create and post content (“User Content”) within the App. You retain all rights to your User Content, but by posting, you grant ILLUSION Tech Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Story platform.
3.2 Content Guidelines
All User Content must comply with local laws and regulations. Story reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
4. DMCA and Copyright Infringement
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the App infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice through the App’s reporting system or by contacting us at [email protected].
5. In-App Purchases
5.1 Payment Terms
Story offers in-app purchases, including one-time purchases and subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable pricing and payment terms, which are subject to change at our discretion. Fees for subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the billing cycle.
5.2 Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
6. Prohibited Activities
6.1 Reverse Engineering
Users are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the App or any content or data on the platform.
6.2 Compliance with Local Laws
Users must comply with all local, state, national, and international laws applicable to their use of the App and content creation. Story reserves the right to take appropriate action, including content removal or account suspension, in cases of legal non-compliance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by ILLUSION Tech Limited, including but not limited to software, design, and trademarks, remains the exclusive property of ILLUSION Tech Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws, or for any other reason at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILLUSION Tech Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
10. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email, and continued use of the App after such notification constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
